GBUZ RB GKB No. 21 Ufa is one of the largest multidisciplinary institutions of the third level in the territory of the city of Ufa, which provides specialized medical care in 23 profiles (including high-tech in 10 profiles: traumatology, urology, neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery, gynecology, ENT, endocrinology, neurology, gastroenterology, vascular surgery), licensed for 179 types of medical activities.

Specialists of the hospital provide both inpatient and outpatient care around the clock. Specialized medical care is provided to the population 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Planned hospitalization:

Patient's request to the registry of paid services in Ufa, Lesnoy proezd, 3, hospital, 2nd floor (hall), Monday-Friday from 8.00 am to 16.00 pm.

Emergency hospitalization:

Patient's appeal to the emergency department of Ufa, Lesnoy proezd, 3, hospital, 1st floor, around the clock

Have your documents with you:

passport, if available: insurance policy and referral.

If you have a VHI insurance policy, on the first day of applying for medical services, the patient/relative/accompanying person should contact the insurance agent to determine the insured event and receive a letter of guarantee confirming payment for the list/type of medical services.

If the case is not insured, the payment is made in cash according to the price list.
